Trudeau's appointed Commissioner is the wrong person who has produced a phony excuse to lessen the enormity of Trudeau's breach of Canadian law.

My first reaction to the Colby Cosh article about the appointment of Anne McLellan as a commissioner to investigate issues relating to Trudeau being found in breach of Canada's conflict of interest laws was - Who the hell is Anne McLellan?  So I looked her up on the Web.  She is a 4 time Liberal MP and an occasional cabinet minister under several Liberal governments.  This conveys the clear impression the Trudeau Liberals have appointed a fox as the investigator of a dispute in a hen house.

Trudeau had recruited McLellan to look into a structural issue underlying his recent SNC-Lavalin troubles (including the finding of conflict of interest made by the Canadian Ethics Commissioner): namely, that the Canadian government has always given the distinct jobs of justice minister and attorney general to just one person.

Here we have a Prime Minister and a host of MPs who can't be trusted to do the right thing without venturing into dangerous territory (the SNC-Lavalin Scandal, the victimization of Vice-Admiral Mark Norman, the mishandling of Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould, and other deplorable actions) and naturally, being the Liberal way, to put the fix in by appointing a partisan to rescue them from their arrogance, dishonesty and incompetence. 

No other government in Canada, to my knowledge, has behaved so arrogantly, dishonestly and incompetently over a few short years on a matter so vital to a functioning democracy.

The best that McLellan could do was to find that politicians are ignorantly uninformed about long-standing legal principles relating to the administration of justice in Canada - as if that was a legitimate excuse for Trudeau's behaviour as Prime Minister.  Every lawyer knows that ordinary citizens are 'presumed' to know the law, and that ignorance of it is no defence to a charge that they breached the law.  Trudeau and his gang are not ordinary citizens.  This makes their behaviour even more reprehensible and deserving of being made an example of.

U.S. Congress-women Tlaib and Omar rightly denied entry to Israel because of their plans to promote anti-semitic and hate-filled propoganda within Israel.

The bigoted anti-semitic, fascist and left-wing Democratic Congress reps, Tlaib and Omar, both of whom are in bed with Palestinian organizations which support terrorists and their aims to destroy Israel, were refused entry to Israel precisely because their intended trip was to spread anti-Jewish and Anti-Israel hate, lies and slanders in support of the equally anti-semitic BDS organization. 

This organization was created by its terrorist founders and backers, Hamas and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP). 

The American bigots and fascists tried to use their status as elected representatives to spread hate and lies and cannot be allowed to hide behind that status. 

The Isreali action is not an insult to the U.S. - these hate-mongers are the insult.

The fact they are supported by the U.S. Democratic party, instead of being condemned by it, also demonstrates the strong anti-semitic and fascist influences at work with that party.

Apparently they are hi-priced.  I noticed.

Is it a fraud?  I don't know and neither does Mr. Watson.

So he says:

"But the campaign managers who read polls during election years are even more sensitive. Given the many products whose prices politicians do influence — health care, education, electricity, liquor, milk and many more — there’s a lot Canadian governments could do to lower prices. But instead of real action on those fronts I’m betting politicians do their own substitution: with an investigation into avocado prices."

I have my own take on it:

Fraudocadoes - that's the fruit of choice these days.  But it goes along with cheese, milk, chickens and pork in Liberal/Tory/NDP Canada.  Oops, I forgot celery and even cauliflower.  Fraud is epidemic in the lovely frozen north. That's Canadian policy, didn't you know?  A few years ago I bought a 5 pound bag of nice avocadoes in CA for $5.00.  We had beautiful quacamole that night and for days afterwards.  I also bought a $4.99 roasted chicken at Costco that was twice as big and more flavourful too boot than pigeons they rip us off for in Canada labelled as chickens  for $9.99, or even higher.  I also bought 6 bottles of Freixenet Cordon Negro for $4.95/bottle.  Those were heady days.  Then, of course, I returned home to the hell of Canada, thanks to the government's monopoly cartelization laws and ridiculously high tax rip-off for booze, loved by the Liberals, the Tories and our dearly beloved NDP communists.  Luckily I gassed up and bought a few $13.00 1.75 litre bottles of gin in Montana before heading home.  At least I could narcotize myself for a while with minimal pain.

Human Rights Commissions, Their Kangaroo Courts and Stupid Politicians Are The Real Villains of Arbitrary Injustice

National Post Commentator Chris Selley has skewered some of those responsible for Arbitrary Injustice meted out to the victims of  the Human Rights Commissions and their Kangaroo Courts in Canada.  He has done an excellent job of describing the details and intracacies of the mess that has gone on much too long.

The currency of this latest flare-up of outrage by commentators and observers of  the Alice In Wonderland experiences surrounding these state agencies and their system of injustice relates to "the case of Jessica Yaniv, the self-identified transgender woman who has pursued more than a dozen female estheticians for redress at the B.C. Human Rights Tribunal over their refusal to wax her male genitalia and their environs".   The complainant is a thoroughly detestable male trans-sexual who by all true measures is what courts and lawyers would normally classify as a vexatious and undeserving litigant.  See Mr. Selley's article for details.

According to Selley, "far too little attention is being paid to the real villain of this black farce, which is obviously the tribunal itself".   Unfortunately, the tribunal judge is not the only villain here.

Mr. Selley's assessment of the asininity (derived from the word ASS) or stupidity of both the Human Rights Commission's and their Kangaroo court judge's actions and thinking in this case is dead on.  These stupid actions by the Alice in Wonderland agencies and  their special courts are all too frequent and have been getting worse and worse.  The HRC-appointed Kangaroo courts always make a mockery of notions of fairness and justice, especially when they allow hearsay evidence and procedural short-cuts that always work to the harm of their victims.  The normal court systems in Canada do not do that for good reason based on centuries of historical experience.  That elected politicians and their governments know this is happening and continue to ignore these travesty's of justice, allowing them to go on and on, demonstrates how crass, ignorant, stupid and irresponsible they are.

The America of the past is unrecognizable now - Trump did not cause that

Terry Glavin, a National Post comment contributor says that "America is in the throes of a culture war. It’s a country convulsing in an epidemic of mass-shootings, a recrudescence of white racism, and divisions as deep as the depths of the 1960s"

Nevertheless, Glavin schitzophrenically blows hot and cold at the same time.  He says that old America (as a paragon of democracy, democratic norms and civic decency ) was gone well before Trump arrived on the scene.  Then he claims that it is all the "depraved" Trump's fault because of the damage he has allegedly done to the cause of liberal democracy in the world, and to democratic norms and civic decency in America.

Glavin then goes on about the way Canada and the U. S.  are chronic and failing as democracies.  He also blames these failures on the Democrats, and in Canada, on the Liberals and the other similar left-wing parties.

Interestingly, he alleges that Trump’s leading and loudest detractors are probably afflicted by some strange Pavlovian malady and provides some proofs of the allegations.  He further states that - "America is in the throes of a debilitating culture war and that even if Trump loses the next election there is no telling whether that America will ever return again."

Fairly often Terry Glavin seems to display some common sense, but, like the majority of Canadian fake progressives, Liberals, the NDP and the Greens, as well as the US Democrats, his sense and brain have jellied into tomato aspic on the subject of Trump.  Some call this - Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Immediate proof of that is found in the 2nd last paragraph of his commentary where he accuses Trump of pandering to racists in relation to the invasion of migrants at the U.S. southern border, and in the same breath states the valid reasons why Trump has taken action to deal with the problem.  You can't have it both ways without your head exploding, Terry.  His critical statement about Trump's accurate assessment of Al Sharpton in the 3rd, 4th and 5th last paragraphs, followed by his citing of the indisputable reasons why Sharpton is pretty much what Trumps says his is, also show this weird contradiction and confusion in his thinking processes.

I did however, enjoy much of his commentary where it accurately describes the left-looniness of the US Democrats and compares them to their close relations, the Canadian fake-progressives, especially the federal Liberals and Trudeau.

Elsewhere in his article Glavin makes reference to 'the recrudescence of white racism' but does not support his reference with any facts or evidence, merely calling Trump's immigration and migrant policies racist. 

Trump's concerns about American laws and control over illegal immigration by hundreds of thousands of residents of Latin American countries and Mexico are perfectly legitimate and part of his duty as President to deal with.

To call immigration controls racist is a slander perpetrated by the Democrats, many of whom are crazy enough to want to throw the borders wide open to anyone who wants to come into the U.S. with no over-sight by the government.

Trump's disdain for Democrat opponents like Ilhan Omar when he described a group of them ‘anti-Israel, anti-U.S.A., pro-terrorist’ is justified, and if racism has anything to do with it it is their anti-white racism, and not his.

Once again, where Trump is concerned, Glavin behaves just like the Democrats he chastises when he said: "It is as though Trump’s leading and loudest detractors are afflicted by some strange Pavlovian malady."
