Andrew Coyne fouls his underwear again - He can't see the forest for the trees (not even the trees).

Once again Andrew Coyne has both said something sensible and something stupid in the same article.

It may very well be that the governments of Ontario and Alberta have achieved some long-awaited and needed rapprochmente, some feelings of cameraderie, because they are facing and fighting a common enemy (and it ain't the climate).  Let us hope this continues.

That was the sensible part of the article.  The other one was Coyne's lament about those who abhor carbon pricing and taxing and his delusion that what Trudeau is selling will do anything sensible about climate change or climate doldrums.

My worst knowledge (not a suspicion) about Canadian politics is that the Liberals and Coyne are too ignorant and dogmatically deluded to realize that whatever they choose to do along the lines of current Liberal policy has the same strength and value as a fart in a hurricane.

Instead of sanctimoniously farting around and pretending to be so pure about their worthless policies, they should instead be preparing to help people who might be harmed by extreme weather anomalies whenever and wherever they occur in Canada.

Posturing and posing like fake saviours will do nothing of value.

If you have the stomach for it, his article is at:
